What is DLM Auto, and who is it for?
DLM Auto is one package that becomes your assistant audio engineer — the assistant engineer for post. It is for audio engineers in advertising, voice-over and audio post-production: tools for Pro Tools automation and the everyday work around a session.
Who is Mandy?
Mandy is the assistant across all of DLM Auto, in every tool. You reach her from the DLM Auto app and talk to her in plain language; in AutoScript, for one, she turns a request into a Pro Tools macro you can fire from a Stream Deck, a keyboard or a MIDI controller.
What is a routine?
A chore you repeat, in several steps — a mix and its splits, or movies out for approval. Mandy learns a routine by watching you do it once.
How do I buy it?
Through DLM Auto: one bundle, on one DLM Auto account. Everything is coming soon; create an account and you'll be ready to download from it when releases arrive.
Is AutoTake part of DLM Auto?
Yes, it is in the bundle. AutoTake is the recording stage: an automated take sheet for voice-over sessions in Pro Tools, as an AAX plug-in plus an app.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac on macOS 13 or later for the DLM Auto app, AutoMov and the AutoTake app, and Pro Tools 2024 or later. The AutoTake plug-in runs on Apple Silicon only.
